how do i do this backup cd

i downloaded this back up cd crack for sims livin' it up. I don't understand how it works.
Here is what the txt file says.

please make sure u have these files before proceding..

SIMS EXE 360,521 25/07/00
SIMS ICD 2,326,573 25/07/00
DPLAYERX DLL 138,752 26/07/00

run unSafedisc.exe from this zip,
select sims.icd from the game directory,
wait a few seconds..

rename testme.exe (created in the games directory) -> sims.icd
extract sims.exe from this zip
use sims.exe to play with original or backup cd (hopefully, heheh)

i get these files from the zip

evc.info
file-id.diz
readme.txt
sims.exe

whats unsafedisc and testme.exe where the hell did they come from. help me. cheers

just try and copy the sims.exe to the game folder on your hdd.
(it will replace the original with the cracked).

should work :)

no it comes up with an error message saying "sims.icd.exe has created errors"

im guessing i need to replace the icd file and the exe file.

the guys name who did it is r!sc. does anyone know his e-mail address
