Recently, Nintendo of Japan announced there will be two new colours of GameCube controller: Platinum and Teal. The new colours are planned to be available on the 5th of December in Japan. It's unknown whether they will ever reach the UK, Australia or America.

Platinum, very nice. Just like the new GC console color released in the US. But, I'd rather have a WaveBird. They are grrrrrreat!
