1) My friend has bought Nec's DVD recorder and he has written me 2-3 movies. BUT when i play them in PowerDVD 6 (and other programs too) on a point they freeze and then continue playing and then freeze again. This happens once and then goes on with the rest of the film. What could be wrong? Ah, important. The same movies play normally on any other DVD player... My DVD player is Pioneer 120S.

2) My PC might be sick or it is badly hit by the heat... Sometimes while i'm playing either GTA or NBa or RollerCoaster tycoon or whatever else suddenly it closes my game and it resets... What's this thing now? Alien, virus or hardware?

1) your friend should not be copying movies for you.. as such we cannot help you with that!

2) do a virus scan, make sure you have all the latest windows updates and drivers for all your hardware, if its a heat problem.. make sure your case is well cooled with fans and make sure that you have a decent heatsink and fan on the cpu.. also check for dust and if there is give everything a good blow.. dust on components cause stress and heat, especially on a motherboard or praphics card, but be careful when cleaning.

Your second problem is typical symptoms of overheating, what you should do is clean your system out with a can of compressed air, that usually fixes overheating as it gets rid of collecting dust, if that doesn't help then you should invest in new system fans, or maybe even water cooling.

As for your first problem, I think your DVD Drive it to blame.
