Please Help! Virus

I have scanned and tried to delete the files with norton anti virus and ad-adware, both are trogan.byteverify type and simply wont be deleted. They are in the application data folder of c:documentsandsettings\owner. But that folder isnt there, i cant get it to appear, so it seems i cant delete it manually. Can someone help me please?
