Half Life 2 graphic problem

I need help with the water reflections in Half Life 2
In the fourth chapter Water Hazard the water doesent give any reflections although it's set to reflect all.Now it isn't a problem with my graphic card cuz in the previous level the water was just fine with all the reflections.Any solution?
