problem with no cd crack

i keep trying to get a no cd crack for my halo pc game, but it keeps telling me it's missing something and that i need to reinstall it. please help me, it's getting very irritating as i have tried about 4 different locations now. thanks

What's telling you it's missing something, the nocd or the Halo installation? Have you tried reinstalling Halo?

every no cd crack i have gotten just displays an error message that something is missing, i used to play the game just fine, but i'm gonna reinstall it just to be sure. also, where should i put the crack?

All the Halo nocds I have seen you need to replace the game executable.

ok, so where do i go from here? do i install it again just like i did before? sorry i just don't get it. how do i replace the exe file?

it says this application has failed to start because vorbisfile.dll was not found.

Your obviously not extrating the crack into the right place, all you need to do is copy the cracked file into this directory. C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Halo

If you did it right it will ask you if you want to replace the file 'Halo.exe' click yes. Then after that try running the game and it shoud work.
