EA hosed me PLEASE help. Battlefield 2

I bought Battlefield 2 the day it came out I am absofrigginlutely hooked on it.
Since I purchased and installed it everything was fine but for different reasons I have had to reformat my machine. Now when i in stall thegame it says my cd key is already in use and wont let me play online.
I have my user/pass info correct, I have done a clean un/re install of the game , latest drivers and all before I call EA.
They walk me through the same f!@#$%(^ thing to no avail. Now they tell me there is nothing they can do because they dont have cd keys to give out.
Can someone please help point me in the right direction .

Honestly, I think you're screwed. Sounds like either a problem with their server or someone stole your cd key with a keygen. There's really nothing we can do to help you besides tell you to call EA, which you obviously already did. Sorry mate.

Get it replaced at the shop, and register a new key. Thats the only solution I can think of.

Or continue to call ea, and harass them until theu hook you up. Find out their fax number, and send them a fax of your receipt, with all your info on it. Include call back info so that whoever recieves it can call you. Continue to send it every day until they accnowledge your problem and either fix your account on their server, get tired of your faxs/calls/emails and give you a new serial #, or tell you that the serial is being registered by lots of people, in which case either your lying and trying to use a spammed serial, or you are the owner, and somehow your serial was stolen and spammed, in which case you should be ashamed anyway.
