metal gear solid

im not asking for cheats or anything, but has anyone found yet yet what kind of things i should look foward to by beating the game in every aspect? for example metal gear solid for playstations, i know that if u dont quit at torture u get the stealth, or it may be bandana, i cant remember, but whats the deal with substance? anyone know? thanks
BTW, i managed to get a digital camera but thats all so far. im gonna go work on dog tags now, i was already in the middle of the game til i found out how to get dog tags.
