Problem with San Andreas And NFSU2

The games San Andreas and NFSU2 works very slowly and i don't know why, i have:

Ati Radeon 9800 PRO 128 working in 8x
1024 MB DDR Ram
Intel Pentium 4 2.0
Motherboard ASUS P4S800-MX SE

Is normal this??

My Ati radeon is incompattible with this games or the motherboard??
This games not work slow, VERY SLOW, inclusive the Pacific Fighters is working slow

Someone know the solution?

Try updating your drivers for graphics card and mobo, if that doesn't work try updating your bios.

upgrade ur sound drivers as well.
