Is DC Emu Possible?

Ive seen quite alot of roms on torrent sites and the such for the Dreamcast, and a friend told be recently he'd played a few fully commercial games on his PC. Now i havent actually seen this, but i was wondering if its possible? Is there software out there that lets me do this? Im not asking for any illegal links here, but any emulator links or links to information on the subject would be much appreciated.
