Sharpen would work somewhat, but I think you may need to do more. Can you upload it so I can see what needs done to it?

Do you want the whole thing sharpened, or do you want it focused and styled differently?
It looks like the camera was moving while the shutter was opened... It may be too blurry to fix... I'll play with it a bit.

I am having the same problem with one of my pictures. Could you let me know what you do to fix a blurry picture. (I mostly want the foreground of the picture in focus).
Thanks

I used Filters > Smart sharpen... the foreground objects were only sharpened ! See the details on the notebook and the other objects around it !

I hope that this is the one of the method and there must be other methods to get around the problem ! But that requires skill and a lot of patience !!!

Man, totaly forgot about this one! The problem with this picture is that the camera was moving when it took the shot. Therfor, you actually have two or more pictures represented. That created the blur. In order to fix it, you have to seperate them and then sharpent them. I'll try something this weekend and get back...

How do you separate the images ? Smart sharpen didnt provide the required result !

You've got to clone tool the entire image and mask out the double. It's rather complicated and hard to execute. There really isn't a couple button fix for this kind of blurry picture. It requires a lot of doctoring...

step by step procedure:
1. Adjust the lighting
2.Adjust the noise
3.Adjust the sharpness
That's it!

Hmmm, you fixed the blurryness, but you've lost some of the detail as a result, TBH I think this pic is unfixable.
