Whats the hardest game u've played.... in any console, pc, or arcade game.... whats the hardest one u've ever played???

4 me, i think super ghouls n goblins.... damn that game is hard, the farthest ive gotten on that game was lv.3 .... that game was really annoying:D

I found Donkey Kong on the Super Nintendo damm difficult
and still do...

1. Overkill - Platform game w/ fighter pilot.. loved that game, hard as hell though. Anyone know where I can download it? It IS freeware remember..

3. A C&C Renegade game with 50 players (25 Enemies). 40% (10) will be snipers... 28% (7) will be tank drivers with repairmen.. and 32% will be ground troops (Cloaked Assasins, Heavy fire, Sniper killers, Engineers, etc) Its impossible to stay alive on the front lines for more then 2 minutes (Even cloaked) without being noticed.

4. Sticks after 3 cups of coffee. You know.. the game where you drop a bunch of wooden/plastic sticks and pick them up w/o moving the others...

5. Bike lasoo.... Game a few people I knew invented where we get on bikes with ropes in lasoo shapes out in the field and... uhmmm... maybe I shoud stop talking from there....

Ryu and Ken are by far STILL the best. :)
I can own everyone with Akuma as well, but I prefer Akuma.

Yup, if you know how to execute the moves + combos well, it works great.
Spiderman is ok, but they are many better characters than him.

Marvel vs Capcom.. I didnt understand any of it.. I probably coulda understood it but why play such a fighting game when you can go out into the alley and pick a real fight.

But with shooter games (House of the Dead, Silent Scope EX, Time Crisis, Crisis Zone) you know you will probably never find yourself (in the future) in a firefight..

BTW.. I own at all those shooter games except Police 911(2) and Silent Scope EX... the timer is friggin annoying on Police 911 and Silent Scope EX... the rifle is gimped when trying to long range target!!!!! I can beat the other games listed w/ just 1 credit/1$/25Cents.. whatever the game costs for 1 round

true.... true... he's weak but speed is all u need.... spidey is master of combos and if u can execute them, he's unstoppable....

and yes.... we want NEW games but the old ones were usually the harder ones.

speed is nothing when you accidentally let the other guy pull off a combo and he did as much damage as you did with 7 combos

and if you're crazy enough to learn how to do combos without allowin your opponent to pull off any of his own why not learn to do them with stronger characters so you kill them off faster?

At the speeds that mvc2 plays at you really think spidey's speed helps in evasion? and other characters can carry out combos...ALL characters can carry out combos, the whole game is based around combos

In fighting games, speed is definitely more important, but power does help.

For example, Soul Calibur:

Asteroth is powerfull as heck, but he is also sssllooow. With almost any normal character, who is weaker, but faster, I could eaisly own Asteroth, or any of the other really big guys.

As for MvC, Spiderman is fast, but he just plain sux IMO.
Captain Commando over him. And yes, I do know how to do almost all the moves + combos (maunally you weaklings, screw easy mode)

That's roughly around what all the other characters can do. Plus the other characters are stronger so their combos do more damage.

Hardest game.....hmm......That would probably be Mario 64 for me. It is quite a pain to obtain all 120 stars....come to think of it, I only have 113.

mario 64 wasn't that hard to finish...

lol..wasn't even mine.... I did it while a housem8 was at lectures.....

He never finished it and to this day is still pissed at me for not showing him..lol

For hard games you're gonna have to go back in time a bit...Most new games can be finished in no time...which sucks ass.

In my opinion... the only thing (other then strategy) that makes a game hard is the camera angles and the control... For example Guantlet Legends for angles is based on putting the camera angle at a terrible position.. you can't see jack squat in front of you around corners of specific areas. And as for control... Mario for N64-- no no.. Tomb Raider.. you jump at the wrong moment you need to restart the entire thumb pressing business of the keyboard again.. its insane!

This little Marvel vs Capcom feud could sooo be solved in an arcade game vs each other... Unfortunately, you both probably live on opposite sides of the country/world....

They really REALLY should have made a Marvel vs Capcom for PC or something.... They did for FF7.. they did for House of the Dead 2... heck, I even think there setting it up for Halo... Xbox to PC...

marvel vs capcom on pc wouldnt be fun unless u use some kind of joystick/controller... it wouldnt be as fun playing it one the keyboard..... unlike halo cuz ill be perfect using the keyboard and mouse

and maybe online play may be cool but i dunno.... its just wierd playing with a keyboard.... and besides... i dont wanna destroy everyone in that game;)

The keyboard isn't that bad. I think it'll work. Frankly, I've never liked the joystick. Drives me nuts trying to use it
