Problem with 18wos pedal to metal.....

I just downloaded the 18 wheels of steel pedal to metal but i cannot run the game....

i have a P4 2.0G ,geforce3 Ti 200..... i have the latest drivers but nothing.....

i patched the game but nothing again....

what's wrong??????
