Is there any way to bypass the cd check up.I downloaded a crack but it still asks.

Not yet, you will have to wait untill a fully working crack is released, just use your original disc for now.

block it with your firewall when the thing try to connect to the internet

If you used a crack for the original doom 3 then it won't ask you for a CD because the expansion pack uses the original game exe to play and since you switched the exes for the cracked exe then it won't ask you for a disc.

Rubbish!
Doom3 is upgraded to 1.2 by the expansion installer before the expansion is installed.
The expansion does not require the cd to be in, in other words a no cd from the developers themselves.
