My son recently purchased the LOTR: Battle for ME CD version. When I try to install, when downloading the files from the 2nd disc, there is an error message regarding the " big_movie file " and I cannot continue install. I tried all the work arounds on their tech support site and still cannot get around error. ( Cleared temps, shut down apps and processes, changed DMA to PIO Mode on CD drive, flashed firmware on CD drive, etc.) Any help. This is THE WORST game Ive ever tried to install. Running XP pro. Thanks.
