GTA Vice City

Hello all,

I got a strange problem with Vice City.
I played it with a FairLight fix for 2 weeks and it worked just fine.
And today i came back from school launched Vice City, loaded my game...
And something strange happened. Tommy is looking behind him for all the time...
Can't get any keys to help it :(
Reinstall didn't help.
Any ideas what might gone wrong?

Thx for any help and sry if same topic exist but i dont have time to search this huge forum ;)
