a problem occurred when trying to transfer the file 'f:\support\sv\|?smig.txt' from the madia.
what can i do?

Rename the Ä to A, hope that works.

You will copy the contents of the dvd to your HD and on the text file wich begins with SUPPORT\./ or something like that delete the SUPPORT\./
