What does the ff7betap1 program do for you?

Hey I was just wondering wat the ff7betap1 program does for you.
When you load it it says Duck True motion Update and then in the installation it says "This program will install Filter TM20 VFW"

This was recommended in one of the forums here and i was just wondering what it did.
