built in slot to sd card to play:
mp3, wma, other format
downloadable content from the net like:
maps, converted movie
instructions (recipe, etc)
simple word (for addresses, calendar, ...)
built in camera (aleast 1M)
simple walkie talkie type comm
i know most of them is already available (mp3, movie or show) but its not integrated better
this is the best way to compete against psp (i know i wouldn't mind buying gba if all the list above is available also bec of the good low price

Hmmm is that in pesos or what?
$279 for the starter kit, not bad.
C'mon, better games? rotflol, puhleeze.
I dig my PSP sure, but I ain't kidding myself.
It's just like the PS2 at it's debut, not many cool games-mostly cheesy reports,
ditto for the accessories.
The GBA is cool for what it is.
There is an SD adapter made that allows for most of the
features you listed, but it's a bit over the top.
Nintendo needs to bite the bullet and one up the PSP.
Release their SGB using mini diskettes too plus a slot
to plug in all your old GB/C/A/SP games.
Nintendo may have to merge with Microsoft in order to maintain
capital reserves required to defend their market share.
NIN will have to move soon.
Their market share erodes with each PSP shipment.
Whatever it is it will have to be sweet.

$8000 for a PSP where the hell do you buy your stuff from? Why don't you get it imported from another country, you don't have to worry about Regional limits, the PSP is universal and can play any game from any country.

except for the fact that then you cant play movies from your region on it, the movies are still region locked

If you get a Japanese PSP imported into the UK you can still play movies. All Asian countries are region 2 like the UK. And a value pack is only £120 after price conversion, WAY cheaper than the £170 that they'll charge when the PSP is officially released here.
I think I'll get one in a couple of months. Has anyone in the UK gotten one on import? Did you have to pay any duty costs?
