how do you do the rules link at the top on mgf?

also can you recommend a free (easy to use) FTP for uploading?

Make a php document, with your rules in it, and add it to the root of your forums directory.
Just add this code, to your Navbar Template, wherever you want it to appear ;)

Rocol: that would be for VB, biagrinn uses Invision (last time i checked:P) so it would be: <td class="link"<a href="rules.php>Rules</a></td> you need to check what css class the links uses.
