Some spywares seems to be a problem to remove because they auto-update and auto-download again . i'm having a nasty expereince with an awful blue tool bar that integrates on IE on my sister's computer I remove but the thing reinstalls again

You need to find the source file, this can be tricky somtimes because you don't know what your looking for, also it doesn't help with you using IE, you should switch to Mozilla Firefox.

You could try booting into Safemode and then run ur Antispyware prog to remove it.
Certain Adware have their sources in System32 folder which cannot be modified in normal Windows due to Windows File Protection!

I've had to unplug my computer from the net, and run a few spyware programs, then go thru the registry my self and STILL delete somethings by hand. When ever you do this if your having a nasty problem with it make sure the computer is PHYSICALY unhooked from whatever internet connection your using. I've deleted stuff only to have it redownload again seconds after I got rid of it. And use firefox, I've ran spyware once in the 8 or so months i've had it and it found like 2 things. And nothing since then.
