I use swap magic and the slide card to get backup games to work. Some of them work and some of them don't. For the ones that do work, they skip, almost like it stutters before it loads, all the time or they take forever to load. I used dvd decrypter to extract the image and also to burn the image. I saw something about having to burn at 2x or slower but when I told dvd decrypter to burn at 2x it still burned the game at 4x. Is there any way that I can make a flawless backup of a game so it won't skip?

I tried nero and it doesn't even give me the option of burning at 2x. I put in a DVD-R to see if that was the case but same thing happened. I have been using DVD+R and I thought that was the problem but it looks like it isn't. My burner is a sony 16x dvdrw....is there possibly any reason why it won't let me burn at 2x in any program?

Does anyone know if there is a way I can get my burner to burn at 2x or 2.4x? I made a backup with a different burner and the game plays flawlessly. Dvd Decrypter and Nero won't allow me to burn at less than 4x.

My bittorrent file I downloaded seems to skip from time to time in mostly the same spot once in a while, then it fixes itself. Does anyone know why this is? Is it the bittorrent file, or the way I burned it on my verbatim dvd-r? The audio skips and sometimes even the video. Thanks in advance. I also have a bran new HP (expensive) dvd +-R RW drive installed in my desktop.

Ive got the same problems. Cept my chip is (i think) a Duo II or something. Neways, maybe its just Sony Burners? Is your burner dual layer?
If you figure out how to fix this PLZ contact me :D.
Also what media r u using? Im using Ritek DVD-R's. Everything ive read says they're some of the best out there so im doubting its the media.
Cheers.
