I recently changed the LOT in my monitor, and got 128 ram more. And since then been getting this error randomly:
the nv4_disp display driver has stopped working normally. Save your work and reboot the system to
restore full display functionality. The next time you reboot, the machine a dialog box will be displayed
giving you a chance to upload data about this failure to Microsoft.
The whole screen is very blurred and the colors are very bad, and my display has gone to 4 bits!!
I've had problems with nv4_disp when I upgraded, all I needed to do was upgrade my drivers though. Have you tried that yet?

Hi eCKO, I tried this, but when I ran I get and error stating that "Nvidia did not find compatible hardware on your system to match this driver..setup will now close".
The thing is I have a VIDIA RIVA TNT2 Model 64/Model 64 Pro, and Direct X 9.0c . No driver is compatable with both older ones like 56.64 dont have WHQL support and new ones dont support my RIVA card..can I uninstall Direct X 9.c and get 9.00 to put older dirvers like 56.12 ?
Any other suggestions would be great, thanks again
