incredimail

HI Guys
Ive been using incredimail for over a year now with no problems until now
My problem is i cant launch it,when i double click on the icon it wont load.
If i right click on it and select run i get a message window which says Could not load application skin or one of its components
So i uninstalled it and reinstalled it but it makes no difference
What can be the problem,One other thing i tried to do a restore to a previous date but it wont let me do that either

Hmmmm im not all that familiar with Incredimail, but I have had similar probems with other programs, have you recently changed anything on your computer lately new hardware/software? This may also be a virus, maybe you should do a virus scan.

Sounds like a corrupted Registry problem, or a moved folder. Reinstall from total scratch, delete every file and every registry entry that has to do with incredimail.

in all reality the spyware on that one shoule be enough to dissuade you from using it... My wife put it on her pc once, it was ugly getting it off of there again.
