hi guys
i want to chip my slim ps2 soon
and the dude i know that does it said he got the lastest messiah 2 version 3 or something like that
but i dont know anything about a lastest messiah chip, and i am not sure what version is it

can someone tell me what is the lastest messiah chip and what feature it has

are the real chips that go on the PS2 slim (v12). There are clones like muppet and modbo, but the ones i listed are the way to go. The DMS 4 EZI are for easy installs, just follow a tutorial on their site.

that's fine if chipping a slim....what's the best option for the original?

Mine has a magic 3 and is still going strong, but I'm looking to chip another one.

any suggestions? with minimal solder or none if possible

DMS 4 EZI has nothing to solder but you should read the instructions carefully.
