Hi.
My documents loads up when windows loads up, and it dosn' seem to show up in "msconfig" any ideas?

Go to regedit, check startup there.

Do as I suggested; meaning check after documents folder in "run" in registery, or check http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;555206 if you have installed SP2.
