Gran Turismo 4 Shake

I recently bought a copy of GT4, awsome game. However, sometimes before and during a race the game screen will shake. Why? I don't know. Has this happen to anyone else.

Maybe it's better if you go back to the store and ask for a new one. Tell what the problem is and if it occurs on their ps2 you'll get a new one.

Yeah it is a good game, a bit late I know but I now know why the game 'Shakes' as you so put it, I presume that you race in the first person view, if you do and you hit a wall, the screen will appear to 'Shake'. Its just a random effect Polyphony Digital decided to put into the game and nothing to worry about.

try checking the connections for the video output cables from the ps2? That happens to me alot.

Ill tell you why, is because the game is meant to run on 480p like flat screen tv's, but on ordinary tvs, like a basic av cable normal, it shakes cause its not optimised for 480I but 480p, so if u buy component cbles and have a tv that can run 480p, U wont have that shaking effect!
