ps2 and 2ps patcher problem

I am just getting started backing up ps2 games. I downloaded ps2patcher and after unzipping and running it I get the following error message: Component 'COMDLG32.OCX' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid.
I also tried 2sp patcher and got the same error. Any help would be greatly appriciated.

This is a pretty old method of playing PS2 backups, how do you plan on booting these? GS/AR?
try this: Google that file and put it into your \windows or \windows\system32 directory
