Any word on a NFS Underground 2 v1.2 no-cd?

As the subject says, does anyone know where I can find a need for speed underground 2 version 1.2 no-cd exe file? Leaving the disc in my CDROM drives me nuts because it likes to randomly spin up and down with the disc in, and I don't want to have to rip 700+mb of CD and run a virtual drive program just to play the game that way...

Hmm. Got the mini-image for all versions from Gamecopyworld... I still have to run a virtual drive but at least it works. No-cd would still be appreciated, but this will do :)
