Got a rookie question. I've burnt a disk at once copy of MOH. The game asks me to insert the disk (it doesn't recognize the burnt copy). So I've dowloaded all of the versions of the "Game fixes" on this site. I place them on my desk top, unzip them, then click on the exe program. It tries to initiate the game, but then it says:
0 files inpk3 files couldn't load. The Default.cfg
What does this mean? Am I using the patches incorrectly? Are they supposed to be burned on to the original disk?
Please help!
thanks
u r suppose to paste the exe program over ur existing one on ur game directory...

I have applied the patch to the instructions of Megagames latest NO CD patch. Still I get an error after trying to load a mission. The patch clearly did something, as b4 patch, Game will ask for cd....after patch the game does play the intro and allow me to move about the config screens. Once I select the mission in S/Playr, I get the error. Not specified since Im using XP. Any ideas?
By the way b4 adding patch I updated MOH to 1.0.0.1 matching the No Cd Patch
hmmmmm... could it be a video card problem... do u have the latest drivers for ur video card... if not... give it a try;)

Well get the latest patch.
Make sure you have latest graphic drivers and DirectX.

I am having the same problem. I downloaded the lasted update and patch from this site, then copied it to my mohaa folder, and then started the game. It allowed me to view the intro and move about the configuration screen. As soon as I try to play the game, it locks up and doesn't do anything. I have all the latest drivers for my hardware and am running WinXP.

I fixed my problem. I downloaded another hack from gamefix's website and it worked fine, no problems. Hope this helps.

ok if u have the default.cfg problem i think that u don't have to do this but i did it anyways... i had quake 3 arena and i used winrar and opened the pk3 file and extracted the default.cfg file and put it in the main folder of medal of honor... but than i noticed that one of the pk3 files is ***EDITED*** .. its pak0.. open it with winrar and click repair archive... and it worked for me.. but u can't install the update or else it won't work... so if u wanna play multiplay or single play u have to have on diff patches.. but it works i am playing it right now.. its a great game......
