Star Ocean Disk 2

writing disk 1 was no problem but with the dumping process of disk 2 i get all these read errors, i have tried Alcohol, DVD Decrypter and Nero
this has never happend before, how can i write this one?

There is no protection on Star Ocean so that is not an issue.
The problem is simply that your source cd is damaged and unsuitable to use for backup purposes.
