MLB 2k5 - When???

Does anyone know exactly WHEN mlb 2k5 comes out?

I've read a bunch of stuff about it but the one thing I can't seem to track down is the date it's getting released.

I'm hoping it's soon, because from the looks of the previews, 2k5 is gonna KICK ASS. I'm really thinking (knock wood) that this could be the baseball game I've been waiting for. Baseball seems ot get overlooked when it comes to video games but the specs for 2k5 look very very impressive and I actually think that this time someone got it right. Good timing too, because I just this week got bored with GTA: San Andreas... :)

eb says pre-orders ship on march 1. but they also said zombies would rise and take over and i'm still waiting for that one.

there's some nice stuff over at ign about the game - screenshots and videos too. Take Two is the right group to carry the torch of baseball, because they really seem to care a lot about the title and the sport itself. i was getting tired of EA treating it like another business transaction and exercising the "if it ain't broke" style of development. Take Two innovates and that's a rarity.
