Here's all the codes that've worked for me.

perfect balance on grinds and liptricks- straightedge
always special- likepaulie
unlock paulie (the wheelchair kid)- 4wheeler (he'll be on his skateboard)

Note: enter these codes exactly like you see them or they may not work. Also, you need to activate them during gameplay. To do this, just pause, go under game options, and select Cheats. This is also where you go to toggle them at any time during gameplay.
