I have an external harddisk, USB is sooo dam slow, anyhow, I have installed the driver from the cd it came with it puts a desktop icon called USB safe remover, they say you should click on this before you disconnect the cords from the computer, now when I click on i get a blue screen fatal exeption error this only happens when my hardisk is on, does not happen when its not pluged in and I click on the icon.

I did a google on the error number on microsoft and google, nothing comes up,
I dont even know who made this product the info I can give you is

the box says MOBILE STORAGE SOLUTION
3.5 external enclosure

HD-D2-U2FW is on the side of the box and is also what I click on when installing the driver.

any clues????
