I cant believe someone would ask such a question.

If a 3.2 ghz PC cant emulate a Gamecube, what makes you think that the xbox, with 90 percent LESS developers, with 733 mhz could possibly emulate a gamecube?!

Why not just buy a gamecube? Emulators are never as good as the actual game.

There is a Game cube emulator
It is "Dolphin" this one can emulate Game cube ISOs only but not the actual Game cube disc. These ISO's must be extracted from one who has a GCN or downloaded from the internet..
You'll need a solid system with ATI Radeo 9500 or higher,256 MB RAM, P4 1.7 or Higher processor.....
