I Need Sims 2 German Backup-Fix V 1.00994

I know here s a sims2 thread, but its too long, so if someone knows a German Backup-Fix for the (currently) newest Version 1.00994, please answer!. The Fix from megagames.com works fine but i can't import houses.

i can build houses ingame but when i try to put downloaded houses from the internet, the installer says "installation successful" but in the game i cant find them in the housebox(bottom left) or somewhere. I tried many times to start und quit and start again sims2 but nothing has changed.
