Can not install True Crime to 2003 server

This is the same issue that I had with Doom 3 but I found a file on on the web to use. I cannot locate one for this game. I need to keep 2003 server on myhome PC for work , And I want this game. this was the extent of what I had to do.

To install Doom 3 on Windows Server 2003:

Download our custom transform file and save to a convenient location.
Insert Doom 3 CD1 and cancel the Autorun application.
Open a command prompt and navigate to your CD drive.
Enter the following command:

msiexec /i "doom 3.msi" TRANSFORMS="path_to_transform\doom3.mst" ISSETUPDRIVEN=1
Doom 3 will now install as normal. No further modifications or changes are needed

have u checked to see if there is a fix for it??
i did try and look at activision site but it has gone :(

I had installed both these games on Win Server 2003(Enterprise Edition) when I was using it. There should be some problem with any of ur drivers or ur Windows Installation.

P.S. Which edition of Server03 do you use?
