Whats the best free intenet and windows cleaner?

Ive been using windows and internet cleaner but I think it has spyware because Im getting registry modifications that adaware adwatch keeps detecting relating to this prog, what free internet privacy cleaner is the best?

I use one called ccleaner i cheked with adware and don't sees to contain spyware
