I have downloaded this file and have moved both files over to the folder that the game is in but it still asks for me to insert the disk.

you have to download alcohol 120% or something else that would help with images then you mount it in one ot the virtual drives and thts it you will never have to use the disks.

Yes, you can take care of your disc. If you want to backup your game, then make a backup of your own game. No matter the circumstances, warez is illegal.
