No-DVD fix 4 Obscure found

I've seen a few posts asking for a No-DVD fix for Obscure

It needs the update 1.1 that you can get at www.obscure-gamee.com (http://www.obscure-gamee.com/) to work

Mind that i haven't tested this miself yet. When i have i'll post the result.

I tried to add the file as an attachment to this message but it didn't work (maybe there's a max size for a file? this one is nearly 7 MB) I'd appreciate any feedback on this issue. Anyway the site i gave has the file - all you have to do is register for free and you can download - the site is in spanish.

Also if you post your request here i can send it to you by e-mail (if you have a big enough mail box)

Already tested the fix - didn't work with my version but i had updated to version 1.1 with the UK version and theres a text file with the fix that says it needs to update with the deutch version of the update - maybe that's what went wrong - if anyone out there has a deutch version try this patch and let the community know the results

Yes I've noticed. Aparently it didn't work so they took it out i'll keep watvhing there and in other places. if it ever shows up again i'll post it here

Hello all. I share your dilemma with ObsCure with no no-DVD fix available. Until now that is! I have experimented with the very few fixes I found around and have come up with a working solution. The fix includes updating your game to version 1.1 and then using fixed .dll and .exe files. The latter two files are from the Italian/French patch+fix zip-file I found on the web but they seem to work ok. The game has run fine so far and don't forget to re-assign the game keys to your gamepad (the keyboard control just sux).

Someone WHO CAN HOST THIS FILE, please get in touch with me ASAP with details where to FTP the file. I don't have the means to host this 21.4Mb file. Contact me at _koolguy_fin(a)yahoo.com_ for hosting offers ONLY! (Don't contact me requesting to send you the file as I don't have to resources to send to a million people.)

PS. I've seen tons of replies on different forums from people claiming that StarForce3+DVD is unfixable... These people are either not in the know or working for the people who bring you these pestulant protection schemes.

FINALLY there is a PROPER crack by RELOADED (applause!). I have the link for a torrent. Hopefulyl this link will work and people will SEED LOTS of this file! We all deserve it!
