ok i just found some post
im in canada and i wanna play PAL games on my NTSC PS2.
what is a "scart lead" or cable and will it make mu PAL games have color and not JUMP??
how would i hook up that cable to my TV? all i have is coax and RCA cables on the back of the TV.
i also saw that I could make a PAL to NTSC patch....... is there a readme on that how to create a patc like that if i cant find one on the net????
