GTA SA: location of 2 vehicles?

I got a question here. I've been playing this game like a crack feind and i still cant find these two vehicles: FBI Truck, S.W.A.T. (the armored truck with the water hose) Any help??

I can help you with the last one at least. you can get the S.W.A.T. tank at the last mission of the story line, it's called "END OF THE LINE"

thanks guys. on a related note. My friends and I were SO SO close to beating all the missions and were well on the way to finishing odd jobs, closing in on the 100% mark and what happens? Emilio saves over the file! Damn trigger happy slippy finger sonofa+++++. lol We won't let him live it down.

I have some information on the FBI Truck. It is not available in-game, as it was removed a few weeks before finsihing the game. It does however appear in the Brady Games Guide. This was wrong (as many other things were wrong in the guide). You can however spawn it using a gameshark, if youve got one.
