emulating on xbox help

right, i have gotten hold of and GBA emulator and several others for the xbox. My xbox is modded with an EvoX chip. i only have the standard xbox dashboard though. U cant FTP my xbox to PC becase i dont have the correct equiptment to do it with. Basically i want to play my gba emulator on my modded xbox, from a CD/DVD. I already have a MAME DVD i downloaded which i burnt to a DVD-R and works perfectly fine. I want to know how to turn the RAR files with the emulator and Roms etc into playable media.

anyone help??
