have you emailed atari about ur activation key??
if that is where you got the email from.

You only get so many activations when you buy that version.
That fact is made perfectly clear to you at time of purchase.

have only activated the game once, that was to test it out, but now it dont work.

OK if somone is kind enough to let me activate it once I will make a backup of the game, and wont need to activate it ever again.

Dude, you shouldnt have asked for someone elses activation code.

Unfortunately you still have to get in contact with the developers, throw in some legal jargon about how your consumer rights have been abused etc. It may make them reply a bit quicker.

Or perhaps you havent given them time, seeing as its the xmas holidays and people have to have holidays :P
