how can u make a website with example dreamweaver i know how to make it but i dont know how it can go on the net can members plz help me plz...

would you not go through a web hosting service or buy a server? i dont really know about these things.

you need to get someone to host it, e.g. www.topcities.com

all you do is upload your files and it should work when you type in the url which they give you.

when you define a web site in dreamweaver there should be a remote info tab put your ftp details in there (given to you by you host) you may also have to check the passive FTP option as well.

if you have already defined a web site in the files tab there should be a drop down list with your site name in it click on it, or from the toolbar menu click
site > manage sites youll get a pop up box with options to create and edit your local web sites click on your site name then edit click the advanced tab then the remote info tab. put in FTP options test the connection . if all goes well then then back at the files tab there should be 2 dropdown lists one with your site name one with local view under there ,theres the put tool get tool and connection tool once you connect the little plug looking tool then you can ferry your scripts back and forth from remote to local.
