.vob Chapter Menu Problem

Hi, i'm having problem making a chapter menu with .vob files. I can't seem to import any .vob files what so ever. Please tell me if theres a good enough program that will import .vob files and make dvd chapter menus. Thx.

Well you have'nt mentioned what program your using, but you dont import the vob files, there the files output by a suthoring program, there the files that are stored on the dvd.To import the files into a program to create a menu u need to import the video stream( m2v or mpv ) and the audio stream ( AC3,DTS,PCM ) separate.Then you create the menu and when you output you will have a new set of .vob,.ifo and .bup.
