Hi i have instaled the no cd patch for GTR and he disable my IDE drivers in the windows Xp how can i enable my IDE drivers please help me ,thanks to all

I cant help you sorry... but i just have to say to all you people that dont to things you cant understund. You can really damage you computer. This GTR no-cd thing were you have to customize register and all... dont do it if you dont have any experiement, because one mistake in register and you have messed your computer ;)

Option A: I think there's a page on Microsoft's support site about this.. do a little searching and you should be able to find it.

Option B: I don't know if this will work for you, but it has worked for me in the past. Install Nero and get a serial for it. Restart and something should popup saying that your registry key for your cd drives was messed up and that Nero fixed it.

Try to go to Device Manager and right click IDE and update or reinstall.

Goto add new hardware check the plug and play option is enebled and see if your system detect your drives again I had a similar problem with an old version of musicmatch jukebox that made my drives dissapear

Revert your system to the recent date using System Restore.
