Uharc 0.5, does anyone have it?

Hi, i've been looking for Uharc 0.5 but i can't find it. I only found that i had to email the guy who creates it in order to get it. I emailed him but he didn't send me Uharc 0.5.

My question is does anyone have it or know where to get it from?????

I don't want Uharc 0.4 because i alredy have it
