Densha de Go Professional

Hi everyone... I need to locate a no-cd fix for a game that I own, Densha de Go Professional. It's a game from Japan... Could someone please tell me where I could find it, or, would someone be willing to look at the exe file and fix it for me?

I've been trying to fix it myself, looking at the file with w32dasm and editing with a hex editor, but to no avail.
