I recently installed Chronicles of Riddick onto my Acer Ferrari 3200 - which has Mobile AMD Athlon 64 2800+ and an ATI Mobility Radeon 9700 128mb graphics chipset.
Anyways, when I play the game I get all these funny coloured graphical glitches that flicker at certain spots but are always there. Check out the attached image to see what i mean.
I have the latest drivers for the card and all my other games that i have on it works ok....just this game.
Can anyone help?!!!!

I can't use the ATI 4.12 drivers because the Ferrari 3200 is a laptop, not a desktop. It doesn't to do this in my other games like HL2, MOHPA (Director's Edit.), NHL 2005....just this game.
I'm trying the tech support people at VU Games but I haven't gotten a reply as yet!

So you have the PC version of Chronicles of Riddick: EFBB - DC?
EDIT: I uninstalled the game because of this problem....too lazy for tech support to get back to me.

I had a problem with DOOM 3 when I was using the drivers given by Acer in that the Demo would keep freezing after a few minutes of gameplay (and also certain effects like when the word 'loading' fades in when u start the game for the first time and such), and now that I have the Omega drivers installed I don't have that problem anymore.... YAY!
I'm going to reinstall Chronicles of Riddick: EFBB - DC to see if those damn anomalies are gone.
It's gonna be a long night!
EDIT: I installed the game and ran it and there was none of those anomalies, even in the menu. Excellent!
